Why choose a “starter house” in Ditzum?

Ditzum, the fishing village at the Ems estuary in the Rheiderland, is located in the holiday area “Southern East Frisia” and benefits from the healthy and moderate climate, thanks to the North Sea and the Dollart acting as a “temperature buffer.”

With the Ems ferry from Ditzum to Petkum, one can reach the city of Emden directly.

During the summer months, it is possible to reach Delfzijl by ship from the waterfront or to reach the island of Borkum by catamaran.
