I am offering for rent a cozy and bright 2+kk apartment measuring 36.57 m², located on the 8th floor (9th level) of a building with a free view of the surroundings.
The apartment is fully furnished and features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a hallway, a very small bathroom, and a separate toilet. It is well maintained. There is no storage room or basement available. On the ground floor of the building, a reception service is available to handle mail deliveries. The entry area is secured by a camera system.
The apartment is situated near the Krakov shopping center, with the Krakov bus stop (300 m) and the Na Pazderce bus stop (400 m) nearby.
The current tenant will occupy the apartment until the end of July, making it available from 1 August 2025.
Service charges (water, heat, electricity...) are paid in the form of monthly deposits and are billed once a year according to actual consumption (more frequent billing is not possible because it is not available, but the tenant - if they wish - can transfer electricity to themselves). The price of services is essentially the same for all apartments in block of flats, so it depends on the tenant's direct consumption. The amount of advance payments indicated reflects the current situation.
Due to its layout, the apartment is ideally suited for 1 person or a couple. We prefer non-smokers, ideally without pets. The refundable deposit equivalent to one month’s cost (rent + utilities) is required. There is no real estate agency involved, so no commission will be charged.
