We offer for long-term rent a partially furnished studio apartment (2+kk) located on Luciana Blagy Street in the Vilapark Klamovka project. The apartment is situated on the third floor with an elevator, of course. The total area of the apartment is 55 m², and the covered balcony is approximately 14 m². The windows come with external shutters equipped with a motor drive, and a French window from the living room and glass doors from the bedroom allow access to a spacious balcony.
The Vilapark Klamovka project includes a maintained private park within the development for residents. In the garage area there are two washbasins and bike storage rooms for bicycle storage.
The apartment is equipped with active central heat recovery ventilation, which saves energy costs and ensures a continuous supply of fresh, filtered (anti-allergy filters) air inside. In summer, the air is cooled to a comfortable temperature.
The monthly rent is CZK 25,000, with additional expenses for energy and utilities as well as operating fees such as elevator, waste disposal, and cleaning. Their amount depends on the actual costs, which will be settled annually, and monthly advances can be agreed upon in the range of CZK 4,000–5,000. We prefer transferring the electricity meter to the tenant's name. The rental is directly from the owner, which means there is no commission, though a refundable deposit of CZK 50,000 is required.
Kitchen equipment (all built-in): refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher (60 cm), induction cooktop, oven, extractor hood, and LED lighting.
Bathroom equipment: washbasin, lever faucet, toilet, bathtub with shower head, and a mirrored bathroom cabinet.
Technical room equipment: washing machine and storage space.
The hallway features a built-in mirrored wardrobe.
