The world-famous cathedral and sausage city of Halberstadt, the colorful town in the Harz with its town hall, castle, and Auerhahn brewery, are only a few kilometers away and very well connected by bus. The Nordharz highway is also not far away, and the main train station—with good connections to Halle and Goslar—is shared with the neighboring locality.
