Basic equipment such as kitchenware, bedding, TV, etc. is provided. A washing machine space in the basement is available, or for an extra fee, you can share use of the communal washing machine and dryer.

A separate parking spot in the rear courtyard can be rented for an additional €50. The apartment is also ideal for commuters or weekend residents.

The minimum rental period is 6 months. Rental price: Base rent €650, advance payments for additional costs: €175, total €825. Separate contracts need to be taken out for: electricity, broadcasting fees (GEZ), and internet (alternatively WiFi for an extra €13 per month). We would be happy to arrange a viewing appointment. To rent, the following are required: a security deposit of three months' rent (€1,950), income certificates for the last three months, a positive SCHUFA report, private liability insurance, and household insurance.

The house is centrally located, in close proximity to the Lahn river and Limburg’s old town, only 100 m from the Cineplex. The Limburg train station is about 500 m away. The travel time to the A3 motorway is approximately 5 minutes.
