Location & Building Condition:
The property is located on a side street in the immediate vicinity of the university. The surrounding buildings are in good condition. Adjacent properties include buildings owned by the housing association (primarily small apartments) as well as single-family houses.
The building was constructed in 1913 and was not developed or maintained for many years. Except for one unit, the building stood vacant. The structural condition is acceptable. The roof, although watertight, requires attention during the renovation.
