Hello!

I am an abandoned single-family house in the municipality of Putzleinsdorf. I'll be nearly 60 years old soon and have quite a past behind me. I'm feeling cold, which is why I'm looking for new residents. You won't be bored with me – there's plenty to do.

There are two ways to form a living community with me:

Either you move in with me and we live in a "common-law" relationship until you've renovated me enough to meet your standards, or you give me a complete overhaul and then we move in together. In any case, I need a new heating system, otherwise we'll be freezing.

However, in either case, you'll get a cute little home for you and your family (have I mentioned that I love children and pets?) complete with a charming garden, a small glasshouse, a tool shed, and a sturdy garden house that’s also livable in the summer.

If we fall in love, this year I'll even treat you to organic fruits and vegetables and a dazzling display of blossoms that lasts late into autumn.

You'll find me along the road between Putzleinsdorf and Lembach. I love the sun, which shines on my head all day even in winter. Right next to me is a bus stop for post and school buses, so I'm easily accessible by public transport. I like things cozy and especially enjoy the back of my garden, where I find relaxation and tranquility.

There's also a fair amount of furniture and household items available. Depending on what my new residents want, the items can either remain in the house or be cleared out.
