We rent a beautiful, fully modernized (in 2023) 3-room maisonette apartment located in the heart of downtown Ibbenbüren on Alte Münsterstraße.

The apartment features an open plan living kitchen with 37m². On the first level there is a large bedroom as well as a new bathroom equipped with a shower and a connection for a washing machine.

A solid wood staircase leads to the second level, where there is a small room (ideal for an office, nursery, or similar purpose) and, on the left side, another bedroom with access to the balcony.

In 2023, we extensively modernized the building, preserving the old building charm while using high-quality materials – for example, parquet flooring was installed, the electrical system was completely renewed, and the entire bathroom including all piping was replaced.

Currently, the existing tenant has installed a kitchen.

However, we as landlords are willing to have a kitchen installed, including the electrical appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher), which would be rented for an additional €60-80 per month.
