In Vogtareuth, one of the well-known Schön Clinics is located, approximately 3-4 km away. The apartment is suitable both for companions of patients and for commuters.

Electricity costs are based on consumption (at cost price), and broadcasting fees are to be borne by the tenant.

Each parking space at the house costs €40.

The costs for the final cleaning depend on the level of soiling.
