I, as an architect, designed the house myself, and it was built using solid construction by regional companies from the surrounding area under my supervision.

Steffenshagen is nestled between the Baltic Sea, fields, and forests – only a five-minute drive from Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm. Despite the proximity to tourist highlights, you can enjoy complete tranquility here. A bakery and a farm shop are within walking distance – the perfect mix of natural idyll and everyday practicality.

Layout

On the ground floor, upon entering, to the right you will find the utility/house services room, and to the left the sauna with shower and direct access to the garden, as well as a guest WC. Straight ahead, you enter the open-plan kitchen/dining and living area with terrace and fireplace.

On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom with a floor-level shower, and a balcony with views extending to the Baltic Sea.

The undeveloped attic is used for storage.

The house will be available from February 2025. The furnishings (except for the kitchen) are not included in the price but can be taken over entirely or partially upon request.
