It takes about an 8-minute walk to the train station (for S-Bahn connections toward Frankfurt and Darmstadt). By train, you can reach Frankfurt or Darmstadt in about 30 minutes. The bus stop is approximately 100 meters from the house. The highways A661 and A5 can be reached within a few minutes.

The apartment features an open and modern layout. Thanks to the many windows and the living room facing southwest, the apartment is very bright and sun-drenched. From the living room, you have access to the southwest balcony.

A wood-colored fitted kitchen is available and can be taken over.
