The Hagen-West (A1) motorway on-ramp is about 3.5 km away.

The Herdecke on-ramp (B54, A45) is about 5.5 km away.

Dortmund Airport is about 28 km away.

The apartment includes 2 children's rooms (or an office), a bedroom (not shown in the pictures), a large living room, 1 kitchen, a hallway, a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a separate WC and a storage room where the apartment’s central heating is located.
