I present a brand new, partly furnished studio apartment (1+kk) in a new development within the Golf Resort Hodkovičky project, with a total area of 36.5 m². The apartment consists of 34.1 m² of living space, a 2 m² balcony, and a 2.4 m² cellar. It is located on the first floor (of a two-story building) and faces east towards an inner courtyard with greenery. The apartment comes with an entirely new kitchen unit including built-in appliances: dishwasher, hob, oven, extractor fan, and refrigerator with freezer. The kitchen will be delivered in mid-July.
The apartment also features electric window blinds, ventilation with adjustable air recovery, triple-glazed windows, underfloor heating with a thermostat, wooden floors, a security door, tiled flooring in the entrance and bathroom, and a CETIN socket (for TV, fiber optic) that allows a wide choice of internet providers. Additionally, lighting, a bathroom mirror, and a console for hanging curtains are provided.
