In 2017 the roof of the holiday home was completely renewed, including insulation and new roof tiles. In 2020 a new large, driveable pit was installed at the driveway. In 2021 we built an additional solid wood garden house studio of 16 m², oiled all over with natural wood oil, and waxed on the inside, complete with a green roof. The garden has been meticulously and continuously planted by us every year and features fruit trees (e.g., pear, apple, quince, peach) and ornamental plants (Ginkgo, mulberry, Japanese maple, rhododendron, eucalyptus, etc.). It blooms beautifully all year round and the trees provide shade!

Holiday Home: 2-story. On the ground floor of the house there is a large, open living area with a dining area and access to the open kitchen, which is equipped with all appliances. The stove in the living/dining room heats the ground floor and provides comfort on cooler days. From the large windows you have a direct view of the beautiful garden and access to the terrace, which faces south and is sunlit throughout the day. In addition, there is a hall and a bathroom with a shower and WC on the ground floor. An open staircase leads you to the upper floor, where there is a master bedroom and a children’s or guest room. Each of the two bedrooms has space for two beds and corresponding storage. We have lovingly furnished and maintained the house in a country house style. All the inventory is included in the purchase price so that you can start using it immediately.

One of the garden houses is equipped with shelves to store gardening tools and bicycles. The new garden house with a green roof features floor-to-ceiling windows with a beautiful view of the garden and serves as a second living room or studio.

The south-facing, absolutely quiet sunny building plot is located in the municipality of Heidesee in the district of Bindow-Süd, in the northeast of the Dahme-Spreewald district in Brandenburg.

You can reach the beautiful sandy beach with a playground and a volleyball court at Ziestsee (a groundwater lake with no motor traffic) in just an 8-minute walk from the property. In Bindow there is a daycare center and a fishing club. Schools, secondary schools, and daily shops are located directly in Heidesee, and in nearby Königs-Wusterhausen there are numerous additional shops as well as a train station, from which the train takes you directly to Berlin’s Friedrichstraße and Zoological Garden stations in just half an hour. The A10 shopping center is located in Wildau. The Berlin Schönefeld Airport can be reached in 30 minutes and Berlin Tegel in about 50 minutes by car.

The 600-square-kilometer Dahme-Heidesee Nature Park, located on the outskirts of Berlin, is an absolute nature and recreation area. The Dahme lakes are among the most attractive watersport areas southeast of Berlin. The Wolzig Lake, with its numerous watersport possibilities such as sailing, fishing, surfing, and of course swimming, is one of the aquatic tourist highlights in the region.
