Výhodná poloha bytů umožňuje automobilem se rychle dostat na dálnici D1 (exit Průhonice). Ráno i odpoledne se vzhledem umístění domů vyhnete stání v dlouhých dopravních zácpách – není nutno projíždět centrem obce.

We are renting out a 1+kk apartment (33.5 m²) with a loggia in personal ownership, including your own lockable outdoor parking space, a basement, and a shared room for bikes and strollers. The apartment is located on the second floor of a new building completed in 2018, situated in close proximity to the center of Uhříněves.
The apartment comes partially furnished. It includes a kitchen unit equipped with a built-in refrigerator, a microwave with grill, an induction hob, and an extractor hood. In the dining area, a table with chairs is provided. Built-in wardrobes are installed in the entrance hall and living room, and the fully equipped bathroom contains a washing machine. The entrance hall is pre-wired for high-speed optical internet connectivity. The living area features a floating laminate floor, while the entrance hall and bathroom have tiling. The apartment has not been and will never be rented on Airbnb.
The location is very well accessible by both public transportation and private car. Uhříněves train station is 700 meters away, with a 20-minute connection to the Main Railway Station. By bus (stop Ke Kříži) you can reach Metro C Háje in 15 minutes. A large number of buses continue from Nové náměstí to Metros A and C. The advantageous location of the apartments allows for quick access by car to the D1 highway (Průhonice exit). In the morning and afternoon, due to the location of the houses, you avoid long traffic jams – there is no need to pass through the center of the municipality.
All civic amenities are within walking distance: post office, doctors, pharmacy, town hall, supermarket, library, police station, restaurants, theater, cinema, tennis courts, the Obora Nature Park, and many cycle paths. Approximately 4 km away are the large Čestlice shopping center, Průhonice Park, the castle, a dendrological garden, and an aquapark.
The rental price is 15,000 CZK per month, including the parking space. The deposit for services and electricity is approximately 3,200 CZK per month (intentionally set higher to ensure any excess payments are returned). The refundable deposit is 25,000 CZK.
Viewings of the apartment unit are possible by appointment; it will be available from July 1, 2025.
