We currently have several halls available ranging from 700 to 3500 square meters. It’s best to give us a call. The hall areas can be divided starting at approximately 1200 square meters; using them as an indoor playground, climbing facility, bouncy castle area, trampoline hall, etc. is also conceivable!
We offer a hall complex, either in full or in parts, which includes the possibility for offices as well as restrooms and two staircases. It consists of a hall—if needed, to be newly constructed—with two sectional doors measuring 4×4 meters, a mobile ramp, and access to two freight elevators, each with a capacity of 1.3 tons, approximately 205×3 meters at a height of 2 meters. The rear area of the hall is accessed via two additional freight elevators. The hall is located on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor of our brick building, formerly the Warburg food factory – available immediately or at a later date.
The hall complex is roughly 150 meters long and 25–32 meters wide. Escape routes are provided via the staircases, and sanitary facilities could also be established. The first floor covers roughly 3400 square meters, plus a ground-level hall of about 700 square meters and an intermediate floor usable as office space with approximately another 300 square meters. The halls feature a new fire alarm system and can be used as storage spaces. They are illuminated with LED lamps. Should electricity be required, we have a new 2 MW transformer on the premises. There is currently no heating, but it can be installed by the tenant or as per agreement. The halls are approximately 25–35 meters deep and roughly 150 meters long, with interior ceiling heights ranging from about 3.20 to 10 meters.
The halls have industrial clinker flooring and, in parts, asphalt/concrete floors. They are being freshly painted. We are looking for a long-term tenant—or several tenants. If you have any questions, it’s best to simply give us a call. We also offer partial areas starting at 1000 square meters!
Location: Warburg near Breuna, approximately 20 km from the VW plant in Kassel, immediately adjacent to the A44 near the A7 interchange, in a micro-location within the industrial area behind the train station, with 24/7 operations possible.
Additional features: Clinker floor, partly concrete flooring, high load capacity, forklift suitable, with a newly installed fire alarm system and rolling gates. Freight elevators from Lödige are currently being installed (250×2.50 meters, 1.5 tons capacity).
