We are selling a restaurant/café that has been operating until May 31, 2024, along with two very large holiday apartments in Hahnenklee. For years there have been far too few restaurants in Hahnenklee; the existing restaurants sometimes have to send up to 150 guests away daily and postpone them to another day. Without table reservations, it is difficult to find a table in a restaurant in Hahnenklee on short notice. In this large building, the operators, along with their family and employees, have previously lived on-site.
