The energy production is currently not being fully used and so far has only been used for the owner's own electricity needs in the extension.
The houses are located at the entrance of Hillentrup. From here, you can walk to grocery stores, bakeries, doctors and pharmacies, the elementary school, kindergarten, as well as the outdoor swimming pool and the multi-purpose hall of Dörentrup.
The property was my lovely home for over 30 years. As I am moving away from Lippe, I am selling my property.
