The apartment consists of three smaller rooms (12.6 to 14.2 m²) and one large room (20.5 m²). All the living/sleeping rooms have at least one exterior window and a roof window that brings plenty of light into the rooms.

The living/sleeping rooms as well as the connecting hallway feature light hardwood floors. The L-shaped hallway also has an exterior and a roof window, under which a cozy nook invites you to set up a reading corner. The apartment is very well suited for a shared living arrangement, too.

Off the hallway, you’ll find the kitchen (including the fitted kitchen). The kitchen has two windows that allow views of the field and the large “Kirchbaum” in the garden. The fitted kitchen includes a four-burner stove, oven, extractor fan venting outside, dishwasher, and two refrigerators.

On the opposite side is the large bathroom with a bathtub (5.5 m²). In addition to a washbasin, toilet, and bathtub, it offers plenty of space and is bright and colorful thanks to the exterior and roof window.

Between the kitchen and the living room is a small guest WC that makes everyday life easier and prevents a bottleneck even when several people are using the bathroom.

One of the bedrooms has direct access to its own small shower bathroom. Like the bedroom, this bathroom offers a view of the field.
