We offer several plots available for purchase in an attractive and quiet location, just outside the gates of the Dresden region and Saxon Switzerland.

In the approved B-plan area, 28 parcels with varying plot sizes from approximately 415 to 950 m² will be developed. The plots are sold without commission and without a property developer; the purchase price is approximately €240 to €260 per m². This price includes the cost of the plot and the development costs.

The plots are serviced and have utilities available on site: drinking water, electricity, telecommunications via a fiber optic connection, rainwater drainage, and a sewage pressure pipeline for treated wastewater (purification via a biological small-scale sewage treatment plant).

The development services have already been completed.

Currently, for sale are the plots in building field 1. In this field, two-story (full stories, excluding the basement) construction is permitted with a floor area ratio (FAR) of 0.4. A single-story design is also possible.

Wilschdorf is a district of the municipality of Dürrröhrsdorf-Dittersbach and has about 700 residents.

Wilschdorf is located in the immediate vicinity of the B6, offering optimal connections towards Dresden (approximately 10 minutes; city centre/airport about 30 minutes), Bischofswerda, Radeberg, Pirna (each about 15 minutes), and the Saxon Switzerland National Park.

Bus lines 261 (Dresden – Sebnitz) and 233 (Dürrröhrsdorf-Dittersbach) serve Wilschdorf and can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. Train connections are available from Dürrröhrsdorf and Helmsdorf in the directions of Pirna and Neustadt. Additionally, there is a train connection in Arnsdorf available in the directions of Bautzen/Görlitz, Dresden, and Zittau.

In the village, there is a daycare center; the elementary school is located in Dürrröhrsdorf, about a 5-minute drive away. Secondary schools can be found in the nearby towns of Stolpen, Weißig, and Pirna.

The municipality offers all shopping opportunities for daily needs. Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Gelbrich butcher shop.

Medical care is available within the municipality. In the extended surrounding area, there are fitness studios, museums, hardware stores, cinemas, restaurants, and everything else you might need.

The nearest restaurant with a beer garden is only a 15-minute walk away through the adjacent wooded area, which also invites you for a stroll.
