A washing machine and a drying room are available for residents or vacation guests. We have used this holiday apartment exclusively for private purposes.

It is situated in a well-maintained and continually modernized apartment complex in one of the most beautiful valleys of the adjacent Harz National Park. Various hiking and panoramic trails start right at the doorstep. Along the clear Sieber River, you will also find level walking paths leading to the village or to Sieber’s park area, which features mini golf, ponds, lounge chairs for relaxation, a solar-heated outdoor pool, an adventure playground, a church, and a restaurant.

The apartment is available furnished (included in the advertised price). Currently, the cabinets differ from those in the photos.

The housing fee is €212. Due to approved renovations, it has recently been slightly and temporarily increased to €250.
