The apartment is a renovated old building (built in 1911) with correspondingly high ceilings. The apartment has a size of 105 m² and is located on the 2nd floor.

The shared flat consists of 4 rooms, a kitchen with a pantry, and a bathroom with a separate toilet (the bathrooms have been freshly renovated). There is a wide hallway with a communal dining table.

The room can be rented furnished—with a bed, wardrobe, and desk—or unfurnished.

We are all working professionals; parties are not really our thing. We enjoy watching movies together, having dinner together in the evenings. Everything is possible, but nothing is obligatory.

Other information:

The shared flat is equipped with everything you need (washing machine, fridge, and freezer).

The rental price includes the GEZ fee (public broadcasting fee) and Wi-Fi. There are no additional utility costs.

The apartment is centrally located in Stuttgart East. It is a 1-minute walk to Ostendplatz. Shopping options (Rewe, dm, Aldi, etc.) are also just a few minutes away on foot. About 100 meters away is Klingenbach Park.

The tram lines U4 and U9 stop just a few meters away. It takes about 8 minutes to get to the city center (Charlottenplatz). The eastern district offers many small shops and cafes/bars. Right next door, there is also a swimming pool.

The room is furnished with a table, a wardrobe, a chair, and a bed.

Furthermore, the apartment features a fitted kitchen, a shower room, and a cellar of approximately 24 m². This space can, after consultation, be converted into a hobby room or something similar.
