We installed laminate flooring throughout and the bathrooms are tiled. The large and generously covered balcony faces the back toward the greenery and has a southwest exposure, meaning that from about 1 p.m. the sun shines there.

Regarding the monthly costs: Every apartment has its own gas boiler, which is housed in a second storage room. Therefore, the individual consumption is recorded very precisely and meter readings are not necessary.
