The apartment has been regularly repainted, some windows have been replaced, and all cosmetic repairs have been carried out. We renewed our own gas boiler in the year before last. We installed laminate flooring throughout and the bathrooms are tiled. The large and generously covered balcony faces the back toward the greenery and has a southwest exposure, meaning that from about 1 p.m. the sun shines there.
Regarding the monthly costs: Every apartment has its own gas boiler, which is housed in a second storage room. Therefore, the individual consumption is recorded very precisely and meter readings are not necessary. The service charge (Hausgeld) does not include heating costs, because you conclude your own contract with the provider. Here are the current costs as of 2025:
