The Z2 Business Center offers a total area of approximately 2,500 m² of extensively renovated and modern office space, as well as about 18,000 m² of production and storage space.

Need an office? Together, we will find exactly the right premises for you. Our office spaces are at least 20 m² in size and can be expanded as needed to suit your requirements.

Need an office with storage space? The Z2 Business Center features a large storage area with a total of 9 loading ramps. Pallet storage spaces can also be rented flexibly on a short- or long-term basis.

Tenants have access to a modern break room equipped with a well-appointed kitchen. On request, fully equipped meeting rooms of various sizes can be rented by the hour or by the day, as well as a fully equipped seminar and training room.
