Die hellen Wohnräume und der Laminatboden in Stabparkettoptik wirken freundlich. Es sind kein Balkon und kein Keller vorhanden. Es befinden sich Fahrradständer direkt vor dem Haus.
Die beiden Hauptzimmer sind ungefähr gleich groß und jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigenen Eingang. Die Strom- und Telefonkosten sind nicht in den Nebenkosten enthalten.

The house was built before World War II. The kitchen and shower/toilet can only be reached via the hallway. The shower is located next to the sink. 

You can reach downtown in 10 minutes by subway or take a direct connection on the subway to Campus Riedberg; right outside the door is the Hügelstraße stop, and behind the house are the residents’ gardens—a good mix of a central, well-connected location and tranquility.

The bright living areas and the laminate floor with a parquet strip appearance create a friendly atmosphere. There is no balcony or basement. Bicycle stands are located directly in front of the house.

The apartment is only suitable for a two-person shared flat. 
The two main rooms are roughly equal in size, and each room has its own entrance. Electricity and telephone costs are not included in the additional charges.

Due to the other tenants in the building, no pets are allowed. There is a beauty studio on the ground floor.
