I am offering a cooperative apartment for rent – a 3+1 layout, 78 m² – on 9. května in Mladá Boleslav. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has an elevator.
In the bathroom, toilet, and hallway there is tiled flooring, while in the other rooms and the corridor there is floating floor. The apartment has been freshly painted.
The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen unit with a gas cooktop and an electric oven. There is also a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave oven available. A washing machine is provided in the bathroom. Built-in wardrobes are available in both bedrooms and in the hallway. There is also the possibility to keep for use 4 beds, a work and dining table with chairs, and one wardrobe.
The apartment has one glazed loggia with a retractable blind and a balcony.
We prefer long-term rentals (for a fixed period of one year, with an annual extension). The rent is CZK 24,500 plus fees (calculated per person) CZK 2,600 per month.
