We are renting out our small but beautiful apartment in Travemünde. The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and is in excellent condition. It comes fully furnished and—with the option—to be equipped with all necessary items. If you prefer to use your own furniture or only need partial furnishing, we can discuss it. (Non-smokers only.)

The apartment is located in an extremely well-maintained, quiet complex in Travemünde. It is close to all shopping facilities and public transportation, as well as to the beach and the front row (about a 10‑minute bike ride). The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly.

There is an underground parking space available, and street parking right in front of the building as well. The apartment offers an elevator, a storage room, a bicycle cellar, and a drying cellar. There is a washing machine in the apartment and a coin-operated washing machine in the basement. It is also senior-friendly.

It is ideally suited as a single apartment, also for older residents, or for use as a second home.
