Each apartment is freshly renovated and will be rented furnished with a fitted kitchen complete with appliances. All apartments are bright and well laid out, each featuring a balcony (loggia). The apartments are located in multi-family houses, and from the loggia you can enjoy a beautiful view of the greenery.

The base rent, including the kitchen, is €9 per square meter. This corresponds to the following base rents:

• 64 sqm – €576 per month

• 69 sqm – €621 per month

• 72 sqm – €648 per month

• 78 sqm – €702 per month

• 83 sqm – €747 per month

• 99 sqm – €891 per month

Additionally, there are ancillary/heating cost prepayments, depending on the apartment size, ranging from €200 to €250 per month.

A security deposit equivalent to two months’ base rent is required.
