The apartment has approximately 118 m² of living space and offers an additional 80 m² of usable storage area in the attic, which is exclusively available to the tenant.
Additionally, a like-new fitted kitchen is available in the apartment at no extra cost. Only a refrigerator is required, unless it is taken over by the current tenant.
If you have a car, you can park it in the designated parking spot at the house. An 11 kW wallbox is available and can be shared by arrangement (and for an additional fee). The potential use of the garden can also be discussed with the landlord during a viewing.
