For the basement apartment a flat rate rent applies. The base rent and ancillary costs are entered in the upper mandatory fields only as guidelines; in addition, electricity costs and TV/internet fees are paid directly by the tenant to the provider.

The living and dining area with a view of the greenery adjoins an open, new fitted kitchen (not the kitchen shown in the picture). The bathroom with a shower and the bedroom also have natural daylight. A parking space at the house is available. The apartment is ideal for individuals and weekend commuters (both are not compulsory). Unfortunately, a dog is not allowed as a pet, but a cat would be possible. A space in a bicycle garage can be rented as an extra.

It is located on a traffic-calmed side street with a view of the adjoining garden. Shopping opportunities, a school, a kindergarten, and daily necessities are available within a 3 km radius. The train station, secondary schools, and a swimming pool/sauna are in Ingelheim or Gau-Algesheim (7–10 km). Vineyards for hiking and cycling are in the immediate vicinity.

The living area and bedroom are fitted with laminate flooring. The bathroom and kitchen area are tiled.

The pictures show a previous layout. The kitchen is currently being renewed, which may also delay the move-in date. Without the kitchen, the apartment would already be available from August 1.

The apartment is rented to a maximum of 2 people. For 2 people the ancillary costs amount to 290 euros.

If the apartment is to be used as a service or company apartment (subletting), a surcharge of 20% on the base rent applies.
