Join us in founding a new shared apartment for three. You can decide whether the apartment will be exclusively for women or for men. In any case, it will not be a mixed apartment.

The apartment has been renovated; the doors and the floor have been replaced.

The apartment is furnished and is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, balcony, basement, and bicycle storage. The kitchen has everything you need (dishwasher, stove, and oven) to cook something delicious. Additionally, the bathroom features a bathtub and a washer/dryer.

The rent includes all ancillary costs, such as heating, water, stair cleaning, internet, broadcasting fee, and electricity.

There are three rooms available.

Small Room 1: €445 (all-inclusive rent)

Furnishings: Bed (90x200) with storage compartments, clothes rack, table, and office chair.

Deposit: €800

Medium Room 2: €475 (all-inclusive rent)

Furnishings: Wardrobe, bed (140x200) with a new mattress, table, and office chair.

Deposit: €800

Large Room 3: €495 (all-inclusive rent)

Furnishings: Bed (160x200) with storage space, large wardrobe, large desk, and office chair.

Deposit: €800

Schwetzingerstadt impresses with its quiet and central location in Mannheim.

Public transport is available with tram lines 1 and 6. The main train station can be reached in 5 minutes. In 10 minutes, you’re at the University of Mannheim. The college is just one stop away, taking about 5 minutes.

There is a convenience store in the building, Lidl is 5 minutes away, and Edeka is a 10-minute walk.
