Our attic apartment is being newly leased. The apartment will be available from August 15, 2025.

The detached house has 2 residential units and a commercial unit on the ground floor.

Each apartment is accessed from its own level off the central stairway. On that level, there is room for a cloakroom and an entrance area.

To the right and left of the house are protected, private gardens with their own entrances, which cannot be viewed from any side. The right, very spacious garden belongs to this apartment. It is an ideal play and relaxation area for both children and garden enthusiasts. Soccer, camping, or extensive gardening – all is possible.

The commercial unit in the house is closed and quiet outside of business hours. During the day, there is activity, though it is not noticeable.

The house is connected to Rosendahlerstraße via a garage courtyard, where a parking space for this apartment is reserved. A garage can be rented optionally, if desired.

Pets are allowed provided they do not cause disturbances or problems with the other tenants.
