House to rent 7+1 • 170 m² without real estate, Lower Saxony

The detached house in Linderte isn’t designed for single living because with over 170 sqm and 7 rooms spread over only 2 floors (ground floor + upper floor), every large family will have enough space. A kitchen on each floor also makes it easy to accommodate a dependent mother-in-law on the ground floor—if the father-in-law is still there, he can even have his own room on the ground floor—or the seniors can have their own living room.

Nonetheless, there are 4 rooms on the upper floor, and none of them are small. This effortlessly allows for 4 children on the upper floor, and if desired, the kitchen upstairs can quickly be converted into a 5th children’s room.

Countless options make this an interesting offer. The previous tenants arranged their upper floor to accommodate their 2 teenagers and relocated their offices. On the ground floor, they built a dressing room and bedroom below their offices. This way, children and parents always had their own space. Of course, it can be arranged differently if you want to be able to hear the kids ;-)

The property can be designed according to your own interests, whether with laminate flooring, tiling, parquet, or carpet. You can renew and change everything as you wish. I am flexible.

Heating is provided via a gas condensing boiler, with you as the tenant choosing your own supplier. Plan on €50 per person for heating costs. For a family of 6, that comes to €300, which you must add.

In the Linderte district of Ronnenberg, life is peaceful—a small fire station, a church, a few playgrounds, a kindergarten (daycare), and lightly trafficked streets make it relaxing and calming.

Schoolchildren are also considered; the Regenbogen School in the neighboring village of Weetzen not only has an excellent reputation but also its own school bus that picks up your little ones just a 2-minute walk from the house. This way, the kids can get home and to school.

Nevertheless, you’re only 20 minutes by S-Bahn from Hannover Central Station. Linderte Station is just a 10-minute walk away.

By car, you’re quickly in Gehrden, where there is a hospital, all the shops (grocery stores, hairdressers, doctors, etc.) for everyday needs, and so on...

If you need to get somewhere even quicker, head over to the nearby Dort Holtensen or Bredenbeck, where the usual shops can also be found.

The house is handed over unrenovated and must also be returned that way. Everything is in well-maintained condition, however, nothing has been renewed in 20 years. The windows are insulated, soundproof, and in good condition. Some rooms have carpeted floors that the tenant can replace.

Depending on the tenant’s wishes, modernization of the property can be carried out for a small additional charge.

The kitchen and bathroom on the upper floor were renovated 5 years ago.

The kitchen on the ground floor can be newly tiled upon request.
