A separate parking space in the rear courtyard can be rented additionally for €50. The apartment is also ideal for commuters or weekend homes.

The minimum rental period is 6 months. Rental price: cold rent €650, advance payments for ancillary costs: €175, total €825. Separately contracted utilities include electricity, broadcasting fees (GEZ), and internet (with an alternative Wi-Fi option for an additional €13 per month). We are happy to arrange a viewing appointment. For the rental, the following are required: a security deposit of three months’ rent (€1,950), proof of earnings from the last three months, a positive SCHUFA report, personal liability insurance, and household contents insurance.
