Each apartment in our residential project carries the highest quality seal for ecological and energy-efficient construction through QNG certification and has an energy demand that is below passive house standards. The apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors feature a gorgeous view, a spacious bedroom, a generous living–dining–kitchen area, and a bathroom with a large vanity unit, shower, and connections for a washing machine and dryer. You enter the apartment through a covered corridor and can share the adjacent balcony with your neighbors. From there, you enjoy a beautiful view all the way to the Feldberg and Bad Camberg.

For those who want to see it for themselves: on June 22, our next viewing at the property will take place at 11:00 am. There, you will also have the opportunity to view additional apartments available for rent:

Waldems-Bermbach is located about 5 minutes from the Idstein motorway access to the A3. Via the A3, you can reach Limburg in 25 minutes and Frankfurt in 35 minutes. Wiesbaden is about 30 minutes away. Bermbach has its own kindergarten, and the primary school in Heftrich is just a 3-minute walk away. Secondary schools (including a Montessori school) are available in Idstein, which is only a 5-minute drive away for Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Rewe, Dens, etc. There is also a Netto supermarket reachable on foot in approximately 15 minutes, a bicycle path to Idstein, and a pharmacy along with general practitioners in Waldems-Esch.

The absolute highlight is the private photovoltaic system with a 4.45 kW peak output and its own 5 kW storage unit, which can be expanded at any time. As a tenant, you use the energy directly and without restrictions according to your needs and wishes. In contrast to underfloor heating, you only heat to a comfortable temperature when the rooms are in use. Thanks to all these measures and the excellent insulation, the primary energy demand is at 14 kW per m² – below the passive house standard.

If you wish, our electrician can install your own 11 kW wallbox for a small fee. The wallbox can be transferred to the next tenant upon moving out.
