Tento částečně zrekonstruovaný a světlem prosvětlený byt v podkroví je ihned k pronájmu. Navíc je díky své centrální poloze velmi dobře dostupný a blízká větší města lze snadno dosáhnout. Do bytu se může nastěhovat maximálně šest osob. Před uzavřením nájemní smlouvy je třeba předložit důkaz o příjmu nebo, pokud stát hraje za náklady nájmu, písemné potvrzení úřadu práce o úhradě nákladů na nájem. Nájemci se zápornými záznamy v Schufě bohužel nebudou bráni v úvahu. Preferuje se dlouhodobý nájemní vztah, a proto má být uzavřena smlouva, která stanoví nepřerušitelnost nájmu alespoň na 4 roky.

Je třeba upozornit, že v bytě dochází ke korozi střešní konstrukce, což vede k problémům s vlhkostí a plísní. Vzhledem k nejasnostem v rámci společenství vlastníků nelze přesně určit, kdy budou tyto problémy odstraněny. Nájemník je proto povinen v případě vzniku plísně provést její odstranění prostředky na boj proti plísním. Vlhkost a tvorba plísní byly zohledněny v nájemním poplatku.

This partially renovated and sunlight-filled attic apartment is available for rent immediately. In addition, thanks to its central location, the apartment is very well connected and nearby major cities can be reached quickly.

A maximum of six people are allowed to move in. Prior to renting, either proof of income must be provided or, if governmental agencies are covering the rent payments, a written confirmation from the Jobcenter stating that the rental costs will be covered is required. Unfortunately, tenants with negative Schufa records cannot be considered. A long-term rental relationship is sought. Therefore, a contract is to be concluded that includes a waiver of termination for at least 4 years.
