The tasks that an outpatient care service can assume are as diverse as the people we care for. Read all about our services and find out how we can assist you and your relatives in everyday life.
1. Emergency Call System
Every tenant receives an emergency call device that can immediately establish contact with a central service operating day and night in case of need. This central service provides—or arranges—help in emergencies 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The emergency call system includes receiving emergency calls, initiating the necessary assistance, and maintaining the tenant’s master data.
2. Information and Consultation
For questions concerning daily life, possible support options, and the living situation, qualified staff are available as points of contact for the tenants. Additionally, help is offered with applications for benefits from nursing care and health insurance. The appropriate contact person and telephone number are communicated via a notice in the building as well as an information sheet.
3. Arranging Services
If required, the care provider also arranges special personal or social support services. These services are not included in the basic services and require separate cost coverage by the tenant.
4. Meeting Places / Community Rooms
Every tenant has access to community rooms for their use. By arrangement and subject to availability, a tenant can reserve and use appropriate rooms for special occasions, such as birthdays or other celebrations and events. The costs for this individual use are considered part of the basic services (free of charge).
5. Leisure and Health Promotion Offers
The care provider offers participation in regular events of cultural, informative, and health-promoting nature. In principle, these events are included in the basic services. In individual cases—such as excursions or special courses—a separate fee may be charged, which will be clearly indicated or announced in advance.
6. Optional Services

Location
Bad Bevensen, the well-known iodine salt spa, is conveniently located in the urban triangle of Hamburg – Bremen – Hanover. The gently rolling landscape around the only mineral spa in the Lüneburg Heath is characterized by large forests, small heathlands, and the water-rich nature of the Ilmenau Valley.
Bevensen has been a town since 1929, and since 1976 the spa town has been known as “Bad” Bevensen. With the discovery of the thermal iodine salt spring in 1968 and the construction of the spa center, a spa district with hotels, clinics, and wellness homes emerged in the 1970s.
An extensive spa park and pedestrian bridges over the Ilmenau river connect the spa district with the old town. The spa center and spa park thus serve as the link between the “old” district around the Dreikönigskirche and the pedestrian zone and the “new” Bad Bevensen with its hotels and guesthouses.
Health
Bad Bevensen has been state-certified as a mineral spa since 1975. The spa town’s offerings are aimed at people who want to do something for their health and maintain their physical fitness in a peaceful, forested environment. The expansive spa park in the center of town is the starting point for walks, for example, to the nearby Medingen Monastery.
The Iodine Salt Therme—with its spacious bathing area, diverse sauna offerings, and wellness oasis that meets all demands, the Spa & Vital Center—is the centerpiece of the health offerings.
Culture
Culture enthusiasts will enjoy the varied event program at the spa house or the classical music series at Medingen Monastery.
Festivals
Regional festivals such as the Potter’s Market, the city, heath potato, and marksmen’s festival, as well as the LandArt and antique markets held every Sunday during the summer months, delight local residents and regularly attract many visitors to town.
In the formerly completely renovated hotel, there are a total of 18 one- or two-room apartments with sizes of up to 55 m². Each apartment boasts a kitchenette with a double stove, a sink, storage space, and a refrigerator. Additionally, each apartment has a bathroom featuring a modern, barrier-free shower. For relaxing in the fresh air, you have the option of a balcony, a terrace, or a rooftop terrace that can be conveniently accessed from the living area. In the basement, besides the laundry room, there are spacious storage rooms that are easily reachable by elevator. In the dining area and the adjacent sun terrace, visitors can be welcomed or joint activities can be organized. Directly in front of the building are five car parking spaces, which can be equipped with electric charging stations. This allows electric cars to park and charge conveniently.
