This is a typical 1920s old building—individual in style, not modern new construction. The current tenants are moving due to work-related reasons.

The apartment is in a central location on a quieter side street in Neuendorf. It’s within walking distance of a frequently scheduled bus stop (50 m), the Rhein parks, the city center, and local infrastructure (doctors, shopping, schools, etc.). Free parking is available on the street or in a designated area.

The apartment was completely renovated 2 years ago. The attached pictures show the apartment in different states (empty or furnished). The flooring is a mix of tiles, laminate, and vinyl. High-speed internet (1 gigabit) is available upon request. Heating and hot water are provided by its own gas boiler. An energy certificate will be available at the time of viewing. Although it is in an old building, everything is fully functional.
