I am the direct owner offering an apartment in a new building from the year XXXX available for immediate move-in. I am looking for a tenant who would like to live here long-term—that is, for several years. The building is well insulated and features large wooden windows. The entire building has 6 residential units and is located in the peaceful village of Slivenec. In the village, there are small shops, several kindergartens, a school, a bistro, and outdoor playgrounds for children. There is a bus stop (“Za Farou”) 350 meters away and another (“U Křížku”) 350 meters away, with a bus ride to the city center (Anděl) taking 25 minutes. A reserved parking space is provided in front of the entrance.

Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. The current furnishings include a high-quality kitchen unit with a combination refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, a furnished entrance hall, and a bathroom. Additional furnishings can be arranged.

The apartment consists of 2 separate, non-adjoining rooms, a living room with a kitchenette, a separate toilet with a washbasin, a bathroom with a bathtub, 2 balconies, and a storage room (see the approximate floor plan). The apartment is suitable for 3–4 people. A security deposit of 30,000 CZK is required, and rent must be paid one month in advance—that is, the rent for the next month must be paid by the 15th of the current month.

Pets are allowed provided they do not risk damaging the apartment. Regarding repairs, the tenant is responsible for repairs costing up to 5,000 CZK, while the landlord covers repairs costing over 5,000 CZK.
