Directly in front of the building, there is a tram and bus stop, and within 10 minutes you can reach Prague’s Anděl or the metro. The apartment is surrounded by greenery and is located close to Prokop Valley, where walk and sports enthusiasts can go for a stroll. Opposite the building, there is also a modern fitness center.
The apartment boasts a beautiful view of the greenery and is on the 2nd floor. The living room (16.3 m²) has large triple-glazed windows, air recovery ventilation, and a new, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, electric oven, induction hob, extractor hood, and microwave.
