The district town of Weißenburg lies at the intersection of the Franconian Lake District and the Altmühltal Nature Park, thereby offering an extensive range of leisure activities.
In 2007, the majority of floors 1 through 3 were completely renovated and the apartments were built; an apartment that already existed at that time was also renovated. All apartments feature predominantly high-end fittings. In 2020, soundproof windows were installed in the apartments in the front section of the building on floors 1 through 3.
The commercial units were equipped with new shop windows in 2018.
