Additional Costs:
- The fitted kitchen can presumably be taken over/purchased from the previous tenants. There is also the option for us to purchase it and rent it to you for approximately €40 per month. It was newly installed in 2021; only the refrigerator is usually individually provided by the tenant.
- A deposit equivalent to 3 months’ rent is required.
- The cost for using the communal room (which includes a kitchenette and a bathroom with a bathtub) is set at €15.00 per apartment per month.
- Additionally, options include a basement storage room (€12-15 per month), a parking space (€36.00 per month), a carport (depending on availability at €66.00 per month), and a lockable bicycle parking space in the bicycle garage with a power outlet (€5 per month per bike).
Within a few minutes on foot, you can reach shopping centers (Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, Denz Biomarkt), doctors, day care centers, schools of every kind, 3 parks including the state garden show grounds, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, many sports facilities, as well as arts and cultural events and public transportation connections.
Transportation is very convenient yet quiet. The train station is reachable within 2 km, making it ideal for commuters or travelers heading south or north. Bike and pedestrian paths quickly lead to the city center and to the green areas on the edge of the central Black Forest. The nearby hills offer wonderful views and sporting opportunities.
Lahr, with its 46,000 inhabitants, is advantageously located in the Rhine Plain in Ortenau between Freiburg and Baden-Baden. The motorway is accessible within 7 km.
