On behalf of the owners, we are offering a spacious, very bright, and charming room in a well-maintained 5-person girls’ shared flat. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a small balcony facing southwest – ideal for spending time together.

The bathroom is well-equipped with both a shower and a bathtub; the toilet is separate. A generous hallway adds extra comfort. The atmosphere in the flat is friendly, respectful, and uncomplicated.

We are looking for a pleasant non-smoking woman who fits well into the existing shared-flat dynamic. If you are interested, we would appreciate a brief introduction.

This room impresses not only with its spacious layout but also with its perfect location in the Munich Laim district. Comfortable, central, and well connected means:

• The S-Bahn is reached in 7 minutes,

• Buses and the tram in 5 minutes,

• The U-Bahn in 10 minutes.

• The Lindau highway is 8 minutes away, and the highways to Garmisch and Stuttgart in approximately 12 minutes (under normal traffic conditions).

Contract Details:

• Minimum rental period: one year, with no termination effective on December 31 of any year.

• Graduated rent agreement: 3% annual increase on the basic rent.
