The flat features a bright, lovely bathroom and a guest toilet. In the kitchen, there is plenty of space for dining together and spending time with one another.

Equipped with everything you need, you can move in immediately and feel right at home. The furniture can be removed if desired.

No separate deposit is requested for the furniture; we trust that you will treat the furnishings as if they were your own.

The various faculties of FAU University, which are spread across Erlangen, can be reached by bicycle within 10 minutes via bike paths, or by bus within a maximum of 15 minutes.

Within 5 minutes, you’ll find supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, sports fields, and pedestrian shopping areas.

The apartment is situated in a quiet part of Erlangen, in Spardorf, with lots of greenery – perfect for studying in peace or simply relaxing. As a gateway to the Franconian Switzerland region, you’re also quickly within reach of some of the best hiking and cycling areas.

There are good parking options for cars right by the building, as well as secure bicycle parking.

The apartment is in a renovated building and has been fitted with underfloor heating, new bathrooms, and new kitchens. There are other shared flats in the building, contributing to a fantastic atmosphere.

From time to time, barbecues or just relaxed gatherings are held in the communal gardens. Still, it is important to everyone that each person has their own private retreat.

There is a shared laundry room in the building equipped with washing machines, dryers, and clotheslines.

An additional charge of 25€ for electricity and 20€ for internet applies, and excellent Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The room is ready for move-in immediately.

One of the rooms in the shared flat will become available on August 1st.
