At the heart of Schloss Pötenitz is the manor house, which you approach via the driveway. Here you will find the shared, representative rooms on the Belle Étage. The “Convivium” in the Red Hall—named after the Latin term for ‘living together’ and ‘enjoying’—creates an atmosphere of open and heartfelt togetherness, offering space for communal dining and socializing as well as for larger cultural events and celebrations. The Convivium becomes the lively heart of Schloss Pötenitz.

In the adjoining areas, you will find additional tastefully designed rooms for various experiences: In the White Hall, banquets, cultural salons, or small concerts can take place. The library or the Green Salon with its crackling fireplace invite you to read, relax, or engage in stimulating conversation. The wine room with its wood paneling or the historic billiard room offer further opportunities for a cozy togetherness.

A terrace and a winter garden create a connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, linking the Belle Étage with the surrounding nature.

On the two upper floors of the manor house, 21 individual suites are being created to offer the ideal retreat. Tailored to the needs of the construction community members, these range from compact two-bed suites to spacious suites accommodating up to six guests. Each unit features its own comfortable bathroom and an attractively designed kitchenette. Together with our interior designers, retreat spaces are being developed to suit every taste.

Additionally, 20 courtyard apartments will be available in the historic stables of the manor, which will serve as fully equipped holiday apartments for you and your guests.

The revenues from renting out areas beyond the personal use of the individual suites and apartments will be returned to the future owners.
