On the garden level, handcrafted cast-iron elements in a timeless Belgian design have been chosen for the windows and doors.

The garden level offers refined living comfort with an oiled oak floor. The ceilings here are Prussian coffered ceilings, with a room height of 2.75 meters. In the new annex, the impressive ceiling height of 3.45 meters stands out. It houses a kitchen with a dining area, as well as an additional bedroom or study.
