Looking for a tenant for a beautiful 3-room apartment with a quiet and central location in Neue Mitte Lehen near the Glan. The apartment is privately rented by me. Therefore, please no broker inquiries.

All rooms are very bright and welcoming. Every room has windows, including the bathroom and toilet. The large balcony, in particular, is very appealing as it faces the quiet, green courtyard and, with its sunny position, invites you to relax. The apartment is ideally arranged and features a spacious entrance hall. Additionally, the toilet and bathroom are separate. The apartment is partly furnished; however, if desired, certain pieces of furniture can be sold or stored in the cellar compartment (the only exception is the sliding-door wardrobe with mirror in the bedroom, which cannot be moved or removed).
