Before signing the rental agreement, there is an opportunity to participate in a construction site visit (in mid-June).

Electrical Supply:

Due to the installed photovoltaic systems, electricity in the house can be obtained at a price of under 28 cents per kWh.

Energy Supply:

We are installing photovoltaic systems on the roofs of all residential units. The locally generated electricity is used for household power, e-mobility, and especially for the operation of heat pumps located in the technical center. If additional electricity is needed, exclusively “certified green power” will be used. In the event that the heat pumps are fully utilized, gas condensing boilers operating on biomethane will secure the supply for the district.
