Saarbrücken, the state capital, can be reached in 15 minutes by car or in 30–40 minutes by public transport.
Likewise, Saarbrücken University is nearby.

- The building features a central cable connection from PYUR (https://www.pyur.com/), via which all apartments are supplied with high-speed internet including telephone, TV, and radio. Telecommunications services can also be obtained through other providers (Telekom, Vodafone, etc.).
- Satellite dishes are only tolerated for legacy tenants. Otherwise, they are not permitted.
- The operating cost figures are based on two persons (based on experience; however, individual consumption can vary greatly).
- The flat-rate ancillary costs depend heavily on energy prices, which, as is well known, are subject to fluctuations.
- Electricity and telecommunications (see cable connection above) are not included, as they must be arranged independently by the tenant.
