The offer includes a garage parking space in the building's basement and a storage room with an area of 8 m², as well as a private, spacious terrace with an area of 125.20 m².

Rental exclusively for residential purposes, for a number of persons appropriate to the size of the apartment, i.e. a maximum of two adults (and their children in the case of a family).

The rental period is for a fixed term (duration as agreed), with an inflation clause effective on January 1st of each calendar year.

Rent is payable in advance, no later than the 20th day of the month preceding the month for which rent is paid.

On the rent due date, monthly advance payments for services associated with the use of the apartment must also be paid, including:

• supply of cold water,

• supply of hot water and heating – central heating,

• sewage disposal via the sewer system,

• cleaning of common areas in the building,

• lighting of common areas in the building,

• collection and disposal of municipal waste,

• building operating costs,

• management fees for the building related to the use of the apartment (i.e. excluding the repair fund)

The rent does not include payments for electricity, gas, telecommunication services, or internet. The tenant is responsible for arranging these services independently and is free to choose any provider, as well as for paying the rent for a garage parking space (if the tenant so wishes).

A security deposit, equivalent to one month’s rent plus the service advance, is required upon signing the contract.
